A Call for 2025-2027 Nominations is Now Open!
Each of the following six elected positions are available, with terms beginning October 2025: - Secretary (1)
- Board of Directors (BOD) (3)
- Nominating Committee (2)
Please nominate yourself or another ASPMN member by completing the electronic submission form no later than Friday, May 23,11:59pm. The responsibilities and qualifications for the open positions are listed below.
SECRETARY (one available position) Responsibilities: : The ASPMN Secretary serves a two-year term. : 1) record the minutes of all meetings of the members and of the Board of Directors, 2) perform other such duties as prescribed by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications: Secretary to the Board must be a member of ASPMN for a minimum of five years. Candidates must have served on the BOD for one-term or have demonstrated strong leadership skills as a member or officer of an ASPMN committee or chapter or as a leader of an ASPMN task force.
DIRECTOR (Three positions on the slate) Responsibilities: BOD positions are two-year terms. Board members work together closely to conduct the business of the Society.
Qualifications: Directors of the Board must have been a member of ASPMN for a minimum of three years. and demonstrate strong leadership skills as a member of an ASPMN Committee, Task Force, or as a Chapter officer.
NOMINATING COMMITTEE MEMBER (Two positions on the slate) Responsibility: Nominating Committee members serve a two-year term. Elected members prepare a slate of candidates for annual elections. ASPMN’s Immediate Past President serves as the Committee Chair and guides Committee activities.
Qualifications: Nominating Committee Members must be a member of ASPMN.
