Empowered Relief®: Train Your Brain Away From Pain

Event Description: Empowered Relief® was developed at Stanford University by Beth Darnall, PhD, and is a single-session, two-hour, live online pain education and skills training program. Participants will learn about pain and how to more effectively manage it. They will also learn and practice pain relief skills they can use right away. Participants will be able to create a personal plan for pain relief and will receive a free binaural relaxation audio file to use as part of their ongoing pain management plan. Friends or family members are welcome to attend with participants. This program is free; donations are accepted.
